Connectivity Specialist - 6 months' contract role

The Connectivity Specialist will be part of the SGX Market Data and Connectivity team supporting customers on day-to-day requests. He/She will work with the technical team to ensure these requests are attended to on a timely basis.

Responsibilities include :

• Respond to queries on SGX connectivity, API and Co-location

• Check and ensure all Colocation, Managed Network Service and API requests put up by customers are clear

• Trigger downstream workflows and tracking to ensure customers’ requests are attended to timely

• Document all requests documents and emails trails accordingly for auditing purpose

• Make respective changes to billing instructions based on requests made by customers

• Reconcile monthly billing invoices for Connectivity and Market Data

• Generate monthly reports required by customers and management reporting


• Degree/Diploma in Computer engineering

• Proven customer support experience

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience and knowledge of WAN network and datacenter management would be preferred
