This is a newly created role and you will be applying your experience to determine an optimal approach in complex and multi-dimensional environments and speadheading the current CI projects within APAC and also Globally. Therefore, travelling across the region of about 25% is required.

Leading and guiding project teams and applying their experience to determine an optimal approach in complex and multi-dimensional environments. These projects will involve a diverse set of stakeholder groups involving lawyers, other Business Services departments, stakeholders and, potentially representatives of client organisations.

You will be contributing to the Firm's Continuous Improvement strategy; and taking ownership for various work streams that support that strategy. You will also be responsible for coaching Green Belts, Yellow Belts and others in Continuous Improvement. Delivering Green Belt, Yellow Belt and other training sessions will be part of your remit.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools and approaches and Lean and Six Sigma principles. You should also demonstrate and ensure a consistent adoption of Continuous Improvement tools, methods and processes. This is an opportunity to play a key part in shaping the direction for Continuous Improvement within the organization which spans globally.
