Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
OVERVIEW:
- Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage & drive relationships and strategic engagements with global Financial Services Institutions having presence in ASEAN/Singapore
- Strong experience in selling to the BFSI sector - especially Wealth, Corporate and Asset Management firms headquartered in Europe
- Experience in managing (P&L responsibility) a portfolio of accounts with an overall business exceeding USD 20Mn
- Strong sales track-record in driving both 'hunting' and 'farming' portfolios
- Strong knowledge of the global delivery model and deep experience with Global System Integrator (IT Professional Services) organizations
- Practitioner mindset with demonstrated hands on experience in Consulting, Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
- Background in global project delivery handling large multi-functional teams across multiple locations and geographies

REQUIRED:
- Engineering degree in Computer Science and MBA / Masters
- 12 to 16 yrs of relevant experience
- 5+ yrs experience in managing client relationships and providing delivery oversight to European (Swiss, UK and French) banks
- 5+ yrs experience in managing a portfolio exceeding USD 20Mn
- Working knowledge of French/German
- Demonstrated success in a quota carrying role (TCV, Revenue, Profitability)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience of being a 'Trusted Advisor' to the client
- Large deals experience: deal structuring, negotiations and successful closures
- Ability to lead, inspire and mentor members of the Sales Support, Solutions, Marketing, Delivery and Finance teams to drive tangible outcomes for the client
- Ability to work independently and ensure effective collaboration among cross-functional teams, based in different locations and across different timezones
