Reporting to Senior Manager, Finance Operations and overseeing Business of the Distribution Remuneration Team
- Prepare monthly reports (variance expenses/credit control)
- Review balance sheet reconcilation and improve processes
- Monitor and report monthly outstanding balance, work closely with Distribution Support team to recover debts.
- Work with IT on user requirements (enhancements./UAT testing plans)
- Suggest improvements to enhance efficieny and accuracy
- Min 5 years of Finance Operations expereince in Financial services or Insurance, candidate with prior audit experience is preferred.
- Experience in Insurance operations and good knowledge of Finance Operations process flow and internal control
- Proficient in Marcos, Advanced Excel functions and SQL.
