Emerging Business, Business Support (1 year contract)

  • Provides administrative support to the Sales Team such as sales tracking, batching (including preparation of a summary listing) of requests/checking and filing of documents/destruction of documents and other clerical duties required by the Sales Team / assigned by the Management.
  • Responsible for Compliance reporting, consolidating sales reports, marketing activities related reports for Management
  • Responsible for the requisition of stationeries, name cards, forms etc
  • Liaise with vendors if system malfunctions (i.e. PCs, system/server, fax/copier, phone lines/monitoring panels).
  • Ensure clean desk policy in the department


Qualifications
  • Preferably Diploma with relevant working experience in administrative assistance
  • Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and power point
  • Independent, resourceful, meticulous, adaptable, ability to work under pressure, positive work attitude
  • Able to multi-task, matured with good problem solving skills
  • Diligent with attention to details
