The opportunity 
 

We’re seeking to recruit an ASEAN FSO Marketing Senior Manager. This is a hands-on, strategic and tactical role responsible for developing and delivering regional programs supporting FSO APAC and Asean.  Reporting to the Asia-Pacific FSO BMC Leader, you’ll be supporting the FSO GTM leader and creating and executing a broad range of marketing initiatives and collateral. You’ll also help to develop our global brand, collaborating with peers across the organization.

Your key responsibilities
  • Working collaboratively with FSO BMC colleagues across the region to develop and implement brand, marketing and communication strategies that align to EY’s broader BMC objectives and to the business priorities of APAC FSO and Asean

  • Streamlining sector and market segment programs to ensure maximum effectiveness against agreed high priority FSO priorities and objectives, delivered digital first and innovating through best practice.

  • Promoting cross-sector, regional collaboration to address key market themes including digital, innovation, growth and trust.

  • Working with business stakeholders to ensure consistent brand, relationship and revenue metrics are applied to all marketing activities. 

  • Developing marketing programs that integrate a mix of marketing channels including client events, thought leadership, direct marketing, social and digital channels.

  • Working collaboratively with BD, operations and finance on the framing and scoping of marketing programs that support GTM campaigns, supporting campaign leaders and teams in planning, execution, and measurement

  • Creating high-functioning working relationships with relevant area and global contacts to ensure alignment with area and global priorities

  • Supporting the GTM leader and team with POV and content aligned to our priorities

  • Supporting Communications and Engagement including media and social media with POV and content relevant to programs and strategic priorities. 

  • Engaging internal communications with stories and messages to increase sense of community, awareness of GTM programs, encourage information sharing and celebrate successes

  • Ensuring penetration and measurement of marketing programs with priority accounts through effective use of CRM

  • Supporting the APAC FSO GTM Leader in forming and activating effective working relationships with key related functions in the business necessary for high- impact campaigns, i.e., Knowledge, Operations, EYC3 and related entities

  • Supporting global BMC Transformation through the enforcement of BMC Scope of Service and event and sponsorship policies

 Skills and attributes for success 
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to build effective interpersonal relationships with multiple stakeholders across our business, working effectively in a matrix organization

  • Solid track record of superior marketing experience

  • Excellent planning and marketing communication skills

  • Ability work successfully as part of a team

  • Ability to drive initiatives from start to finish, strong project management, time management and organizational skills 

To qualify for the role you must have 
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, media, journalism, or other relevant discipline

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in communications and marketing roles, with at least 6 years at senior management level in a professional services or B2B environment

  • Experience working in a virtual, cross-border, cross-cultural team

  • Extensive experience in Asia-Pacific
  • Fluent professional English, Mandarin an advantage
  • Strong team player and lateral thinker, flexible and comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independently

  • Experience in managing key stakeholders
  • Resilient and pro-active
