Our client is a global private bank with a superior suite of banking products for UHNW and HNW clients. Renowned for their strong presence in Asia and diversity amongst its people, they are currently seeking to hire a successful FX Advisor (Director/ED) to join their Investments team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors on FX trade ideas and portfolios
- Conducting portfolio review for clients directly if required/preferred
- Developing FX products that are in line with investment landscape and regulatory requirements
- Training junior advisors
Requirements
- Tertiary education with a strong academic track record in the related disciplines of Banking and Finance, Economics, Mathematics and Accounting
- Minimum 10 years of experience working in a similar field in the Private Banking space
- Strong knowledge across investment products especially in the field of FX
- Self-driven, highly motivated and able to work as a team player
- The ability to converse in Mandarin will be advantageous as some clients prefer to liaise in the given language
