Finance Associate – Real Estate

A role has opened up within the Finance team for a driven Senior Accountant to join the team. The role reports to the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for:

• Detailed review of reporting pack prepared by outsourcing service. Prepare reconciliations & schedules for accuracy & completeness for month-end, quarter-end & year-end closing for Asia private equity funds.
• Work with investment and asset management on investment performance reviews and annual business plans
• Assist with the capital calls and distributions.
• Prepare, manage investor reporting for the funds.
• Manage processes for opening, operation and closure of bank accounts

The Person

• The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of accounting working experience in the Real Estate financial analysis and reporting.
• A recognized degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualifications
• Candidates from Big4 or accounting firms or outsourced accounting services industry with experience specialising in Real Estate industry can be considered.
• High degree of commitment to meet deadlines
