Finance Business Analyst & Projects Manager
The Finance Team in Income comprises Regulatory Reporting, Management Reporting, Collection, Disbursement, Bank Reconciliation, Credit Control, Giro & Business Analyst & Projects

You will lead a small team that supports Income's transformation journey. As Business Analyst Manager , you will play a critical role in the implementation of new products, systems, & supporting various finance stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
  • Represent finance in discussions with business leads & IT
  • Support finance work streams and finance stakeholders and in-depth participation in finance related activities & projects
  • Represent finance in the quarterly prioritization of system enhancements
  • Work with IT & onshore/offshore vendors to resolve system issues
  • Provide first level support for IT application support and audit support on Finance related application, namely SAP FICO, SAP HANA / Fiori, Oracle Hyperion/Essbase Reporting, Winshuttle, Dashboard OLAP analytical tools (e.g. Tableau)
  • Responsible for vendor management & service delivery; Work with IT in contractual negotiation for IT maintenance support & renewal tender for Finance Application
  • Provide budgeting submission & cost control for Finance Application
  • Lead & manage all aspects of project management life cycle
  • Continuously look for improvements in system & process flows


Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy / Business / IT or a relevant discipline
  • Relevant Business Analyst and Project Management experience in Finance related projects
  • 10 years' experience with at least 3 years experiences in leading a team in an Insurance/Financial services industry
  • Knowledge and implementation experience in SDLC and agile
  • Knowledge of IFRS17 will be an added advantage
  • Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in team
  • Collaborative individual with good interpersonal skills ability to influence stakeholders from various business lines
