Who We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in agency or freelance recruitment.
• Strong track record of placements and business development success.
• Confident in building, managing, and expanding client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – thrives on business development, delivery, and relationship-building.
• Motivated by autonomy, growth, and unlimited earning potential.

Remuneration

This is a commission-only role – ideal for recruiters who want to take control of their earnings.

• Commission: Up to 70% of billings.
• Earnings: Indicative range SGD 5,000 – 20,000+ per month, depending on placements.
