An opportunity exists to join a newly raised logistics fund with a focus on core assets in Japan. The role requires a real estate investment professional who is a native/fluent Japanese speaker and able to lead a new fund for a logistics developer and operator with a large footprint in the region. The role will be based in Singapore but focus purely on the tier one cities in Japan, managing the fund’s strategy and all aspects of the growth and management for the portfolio of income-producing Core logistics assets.



  • Timely preparation of materials funds' documentation
  • Take a lead in investor calls covering the Japan portfolio 
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on acquisition proposals
  • Structuring, sourcing and arranging of debt financing for real estate acquisitions
  • Implementation of investment structures, ensuring compliance with tax, legal, and regulations
  • Consulting with and working with external valuers
  • Assisting external legal firms regarding fund and transactions matters
  • Review of the delivery and execution of investment transactions working with all relevant internal and external parties
  • Ongoing management of investment structures in accordance with tax and legal advice
  • Monitoring project checklists, approvals and compliance.



  • Real estate investment professional with at least 15 years of experience
  • Strong track record of logistics; acquisitions, fund and portfolio management in Japan
  • Native/fluency in speaking reading and writing and Japanese and English
  • Must be based in Singapore with significant travel to Japan’s tier 1 cities
