Job Purpose:

This role will be the regional lead for payments , cobrand & white label partnerships and customer lifecycle programs for the Cards & Loans business. Additional responsibilities would include geography coverage of specific key markets as a single point of contact from the regional cards & loans team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business strategy for digital payments & cards partnerships with regional and global players covering cobrand and white label products.
  • Drive project programs for the launch of digital payment solutions across the region.
  • Develop a centralized design architecture for digital payment solutions and get regional control approvals for launch of payment products.
  • Drive business development and engagement activities with regional partners to deliver new partnerships.
  • Drive centralized programs for customer engagement and lifecycle management programs around activation and retention.
  • Engage with key markets as a single point of contact covering all the aspects of the cards and loans business.
  • Specific responsibilities to drive profitability and drivers growth are:
  • Develop the commercial strategy for successful launch of digital payment products.
  • Product development - create unique value proposition with the regional partners and engage with countries   manage the entire life cycle of cobrand products including competitor benchmarking, new product design and structure, technology enhancement etc to attract/retain customers.
  • Lifecycle management - work with country teams to develop best in class retention and attrition management programs.
  • Geographies - Engage with specific markets on overall business strategy and driving key P&L drivers


The ideal  Candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • At least 10+ years of experience
  • Thorough understanding of cards and lending business.
  • Strong product and sales management experience
  • Understand the profitability of cards and lending business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong Marketing and analytical skills 
  • Strong organisation and program execution skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Results orientated
