Citi is one of the world's biggest payments processors and as the world's preeminent digital bank, we are constantly improving the way we serve our fast growing digital banking customer base by employing the principles of ingenuity, speed and relevance.
Furthering our digital narrative in Singapore, we are looking for a payments leader to lead Citibank Singapore's Consumer Banking digital payments strategy and development roadmap. The successful individual will be responsible for shaping the way our customers transact though our digital channels, as well as those that reside within the local and global payments ecosystem. 
The Head of Digital Payments will report of the Head of Digital Banking and will have direct responsibility for the development of the business' payments strategy, project management, product delivery and MIS.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive Citibank Singapore's digital payments product strategy in alignment with Citi's regional payments roadmap and Singapore's Smart Nation trajectory
  • Full responsibility over all payments solutions on Citi's digital channels, including but not limited to, Citi Global Transfers, Citibank Online Bill Payments, FAST and PayNow. End-to-end responsibility includes product development, maintenance, adoption and customer experience
  • Develop new business and partnership opportunities with 3rd parties by harnessing Citi's Payments API capabilities
  • Evaluate new payments solutions with a view towards strategic alignment to Citi's client-focused ambitions
  • Assume the role of subject matter expert on Digital Payments for Citibank Singapore and be the primary contact on the subject for all internal stakeholders
  • Lead regulatory and industry engagement on Payments, in alignment with national agendas
  • Ensure profitability for Digital Payments within the business
  • Develop a team of Digital Payments specialists with accountability for team engagement and success


Requisition Qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience in payments and/ or digital payment solutions
  • Proven ability to deliver solutions of a high-quality against demanding project deadlines
  • Proven capabilities at managing a broad spectrum of stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders at various levels within organizations, both internally and externally
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical subjects effectively to stakeholders with non-technical backgrounds
  • Experience developing talent and coaching careers
  • Strong team-playing ability and being a positive cultural catalyst within a wider organization
