Description

Affluent & Super Affluent Marketing:
  • Plan, manage and execute Affluent and Super Affluent Segments - Wealth Management and Cards branding and product marketing communications
  • Manage digital and social media needs for Affluent segments and Card products through actual application, manifested through analytical thought processes, creative ideas and agile implementation
  • Lead Creative and Media agencies to ensure that digital preference and performance marketing campaigns meet the necessary KPIs/drive acquisitions
  • Initiate robust ideas, plan and project manage related events and activities to drive brand and engagement both for public and staff
  • Demonstrate a good balance in technical knowledge, as well as a flare for creative execution and copywriting, to best support action in ideas
  • Diligent tracking of results for all campaigns and strong analytical and reporting skills necessary
  • Bankwide Projects and Campaign
  • Plan, create, manage and roll-out Bankwide themed campaigns with playbook to drive Citi brand perceptual scale
  • Strategize, plan and run bankwide seasonal campaigns
  • Roll-out and execution of Global brand campaigns
  • Lead and manage web presence for bank-wide contact and education communication
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to global brand and product guidelines
  • Good knowledge of how to use insights and research date to improved brand and customer engagement for strong Brand and NPS results

Qualifications:
  • Independently motivated
  • Natural aptitude and exhibited passion towards marketing & branding
  • Ability to multitask at all levels from planning to execution
  • Prior experience on digital preference and performance marketing, with experience in agile marketing
  • Overall project management skills and experience, with exhibited competence in overall marketing and branding for ATL, BTL, off and online required
  • Compatible with Citi and team cultures
  • Positive and spritely attitude towards work
  • Strong team player who enjoys working with different stakeholders
  • Assertive but well-balanced to reach common goals
  • Excellent grasp of English, written and conversational, is a must
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong in tracking and analysis of results and KPI goals
  • Competent with Microsoft, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience years: 4-5 years and with strong knowledge in digital marketing, preferably in financial institutions and/or agency with main account client in financial institutions
  • Academic background: marketing major, preferably with digital/social marketing skill set
