Job Purpose:
  • Support Big Data MRE and Usage partnership and campaign transformation initiatives across APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Tech Development and Deployment:
  • Work with APAC/EMEA markets and Regional DM to review and transform/automate Usage partnership and campaign processes
  • Translate these business needs to process/product/customer experience innovations and redesign requirements
  • Drive these business requirements in the scrum discussions and designs
  • Work with scrum master and Regional DM to deliver the stages of development towards end stage design
  • Drive timely UAT, PAT and automation / process enhancements adoption by markets at each stage of delivery, including pilots and test and learn where required.
  • Implement new features and markets across each tech phase prioritizing G2C markets (ongoing) followed by non G2C markets (from Q4 2018).
  • Integrate with Usage related products/platforms including CWP, EMarketplace and M63
  • Market Customer Live Deployment
  • Guide markets to rethink partnerships plans based on MRE, prioritizing top Never Been There and Disengaged merchants to maximise financial benefits
  • Analyse MRE recommendations for each MRE market
  • Identify Regional and Local partnerships that are top in NBT and DE lists for potential new or deeper partnerships
  • Review and align country usage / partnership plans
  • Approve and allocate MRE campaign funding
  • Track with market and Regional Partnership teams progress of usage / partnership launch plans
