Your team
You'll be working in the GSR (Group Shareholding Reporting) IT team based in Singapore facing key stakeholders and collaborating with BA ,dev & QA teams . The team designs and implement innovated IT solutions to meet UBS' regulatory commitments. You will be part of a global team that is responsible for delivering Group Shareholding Program (Large shareholding disclosures, Short Selling disclosures, 13F reporting, Conflict clearance ... etc) supporting the regulatory obligations worldwide.

Your expertise
- multi-year experience working on design and development of enterprise software in a distributed environment within the financial services industry - preferably in investment banking and compliance related projects
- experience in Interpreting business needs of users and translating them into the application requirement with the help of strong analytical and product skills (you know what they really want)
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
- Establish project governance to ensure effective delivery
- the ability to interpret issues raise and is able to suggest robust approach working within constraints.
- a thorough understanding of capital markets and knowledge of equity and equity derivative products
- technically savvy, experienced in building data warehouse using RDBMS, big data ecosystem ( e.g. Hadoop , Spark etc.) and Cloud native applications, preferably Azure Cloud
- good discipline in risk control and guiding team to achieve high standard in a highly regulated financial environment strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- well versed with software delivery using waterfall , agile etc.
- able to demonstrate facilitative approach to issue resolution and show willingness to cross role boundaries to achieve desired outcomes
- PMP or equivalent certification achieved.
