A Top Tier Investment Bank is currently looking for a HR Analyst to join their team. Our client offers competitive remuneration. The successful applicant will provide support towards the end-to-end fulfillment of the Ministry of Manpower’s entry approval requirements, as well as the associated activities such as metric reporting.

Global Employee Support – Singapore

GES provides vital services in the area of contact centre (HR Answers), payroll, benefits administration, global data management (including records management and letters production), On/Off boarding employees, Workforce Analytics and Surveys, and HR Risk Management. As a member of the Singapore team, the individual will provide support towards the end-to-end fulfillment of the Ministry of Manpower’s entry approval requirements, as well as the associated activities such as metric reporting.

The role reports directly to the GES Country Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management
    • Working with the GES Country Manager to address queries relating to the entry approval process, ensuring applications are submitted accurately, monitoring the status of the applications, and providing updates to in-scope employees.
    • Liaising with in-scope employees to ensure required payments are made timely.
    • Maintaining an accurate and comprehensive tracker and supporting various metric reporting requirements.
  • Risk Management
    • Keeping abreast of changes in the framework and entry requirements, and cascading the changes to relevant stakeholders in a concise and timely manner.
    • Making suggestions for process improvements in line with changing requirements.

Requirements

  • Min Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource or related discipline
  • Prior human resource working experience
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization and communications (both verbal and written) skills
  • Strong risk and internal control mindset, and risk management experience
  • Self-Starter; ability to resolve day-to-day issues effectively
  • Team player with ability to work in a small team cohesively
