HR Project Manager

On behalf of an banking client, we are looking for a HR Project Manager, who will be responsible for streamlining of HR Operations and Governance for Singapore and APAC branches. The role is a 1 year direct contract subject to extension/conversion.

Responsibility

  • Provide in-depth assessment and partnering with various stakeholders for successul roll out of various HR Framework (e.g MAS Individual Accountability Framework)
  • Provide deep assessment of internal HR processes and controls will be required; propose and implement new processes and controls where required.
  • Streamline Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in APAC brances and esure adherence and alignment to the bank's internal policies and procedures
  • Set up staff disciplinary framework for APAC region
  • Partner with Compliance team to set up employment framework for various countries.
  • Involve and/or lead other ad-hoc HR projects

Requirement
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant HR Operations & Governance experience
  • Experience in managing HR Projects
  • Good Understanding of the Bank's operating environment and detailed knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures and practices
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • trong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
