A VP-level HR Service Delivery Lead job has just been made available at a global bank based in Singapore. As part of a global HR transformation programme, you will be tasked to head the designing and implementation of the HR Service Management Framework across the Group to drive functional effectiveness.

About the HR Service Delivery Lead role:

In this business-critical and global role, you will apply previous experience of working in a global HR service delivery centre environment or experience of advising on the design and implementation of global HR service delivery centre's operations and technology optimisation.

You will carry the experience of various HR service delivery models, service management frameworks, and HR CRMs as well as have an appreciation for advanced technologies such as RPA and AI used in the service management context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build the HR Service Management Framework, which establishes standardised service level agreements for core HR services with a specific focus on quality
  • Accountable for developing the in-life maintenance of the HR Service Catalogue, Service Delivery Model and Service Management Framework, and managing change impacts across the service delivery organisation
  • Design and implement a new HR Service Request Management Process and End User Service Catalogue
  • Work with the vendor configuration team to provide input for the configuration and extendable design to meet the defined service level agreement requirements

To succeed in this HR Service Delivery Lead role, you should have prior experience in a consultancy environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Driven individual who has been in a consultancy environment (ie. Big 4) where you have implemented service delivery frameworks in large MNC environments
  • Experience managing service delivery teams (ideally in the HR organisation) within an MNC
  • Experience with target operating models in service delivery teams and building out service catalogues/SLA frameworks
