We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Head of Bancassurance.

Principal responsibilities

  • In line with HSBC's lofty aspirations of becoming a major bank in Singapore as well as the Asia Wealth Initiative, this candidate will manage the bancassurance team to deliver Insurance's bancassurance targets.
  • Strengthening of bancassurance sales management and influence product suite to deliver solutions across customer segments
  • Develop and implement distribution strategies and models to achieve high growth and profitability from Bancassurance channels across Retail Banking and Commercial Banking segments.
  • Identify insurance opportunities in particular related to protection products covering life, corporate and non life.
  • Grow company revenue by exploring new business opportunities to access additional market segments and engagement preferences of the consumer.
  • To achieve company profit targets by managing business mix, rider attachment, campaigns aligned with our Strategic Plan targets and Sales philosophy.
  • To improve operation efficiency towards a customer centric culture by developing and implementing distribution support systems.
  • To leverage composite license to provide clients a full suite of products.
