Head of Sales, APAC – Funds Services

The opportunity is all about:

• Leading APAC sales to develop an overall APAC sales strategy
• Actively monitor client portfolios to identify cross-sell opportunities, as well as maximize any incremental and new opportunities.
• Responsible for building long-term relationships with clients and customers by managing a number of key global and regional strategic relationships
• Stay up-to-date on industry issues, trends, and participate in the relevant industry forums.
• Keep track of competitor activity and build insights and market intelligence
• Keep abreast of the market trends and landscape, develop industry network and attend industry events
• Provide feedback to senior management on how to constantly enhance the competitive edge of the firm
• Achieve sales targets.

Skills & Competencies required:

• ​At least 10 years of sales experience in relevant funds and corporate industry
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust quickly, navigate complexity with confidence and negotiate with tenacity and focus.
• Knowledge of financial market including local and offshore funds markets
• Strong business acumen with the ability to convert network into business
• High level of integrity and work ethics
• A good understanding of fund accounting, fund operations is an advantage Strong verbal and written Mandarin & English skills required
