General Description
Define and implement all policies, procedures and processes of the trust company. Put in place appropriate controls and monitoring systems. The person is also expected to take on the role of Resident Manager.

Main Duties
- Create and maintain all trust company's procedures and policies. Put in place appropriate controls and track.
- In charge of reporting matters, such as CRS / FATCA
- Management of periodic review and capital injections teams. Management of client reporting teams.
- Monitoring quality fulfillment of processes and tracking completion of all key tasks within the company, especially related to audit and regulatory matters
- Dealing with, monitoring and coordinating certain projects
- Adopt best practices and continuously improve efficiency within the trust company
- Implement automation/RPA/ etc where appropriate

Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in bank or trust operations
- Familiar with trust processes, local governing trust laws and regulations; and standard AML policies and requirements by Financial Institutions
- Familiar with CRS / FATCA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work with little supervision, and has initiative to complete work independently
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Pays attention to details and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and knowledge in vendor database for trust services.
- Is currently managing a team
- Team player

Education Requirements
- University degree from a recognized institution
- Possess a STEP Diploma in International Trust Management or, at least, a WMI Certificate in Trust Services

Functionally to Chief Operating Officer
