Description

  • A new position has arisen for a Futures & OTC Clearing Client Integration specialist within PFSS. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Execution and Clearing Clients to meet the needs of our growing client base within the FCC business.
  • The FCC Client Integration team are responsible for the implementation of our PFSS clients. Acting as a single point of contact for all aspects of the Implementation life cycle.
  • The main focus of the role will be to deliver a seamless integration from mandate to going live across Execution and Clearing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Sales, Client Executives, Credit, Operations, IT, Electronic Trading and Static Data to seamlessly on-board and integrate new clients across FCC Execution and Clearing
  • Manage the on boarding of new clients, ensuring any bespoke reporting or operational requirements are fully understood and promptly delivered.
  • Ensure adherence with all deal review protocols
  • Ensure that budget numbers are being tracked against the agreed go-live date
  • Implement a strong control culture within the team that consists of well-defined procedures, approval checks and balances and controlled processes
  • Assess existing processes and drive initiatives among various above-mentioned stakeholders to streamline and scale
  • Comply with and generate all agreed-upon Profile and Governance mandates


Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience:
  • Outstanding Futures and OTC Clearing experience is necessary
  • Futures eTrading experience is necessary
  • Experience in designing and connecting clearing functionalities to client portals
  • Detailed understanding of front to back processing to support other operational processes (Client Services, Execution, Clearing)
Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team building skills.
  • Excellent communications skills (written / verbal) at all organisational levels.
  • Results/task orientated with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise effectively and resolve conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Good MS Office skills including Access, Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Educated to degree standard preferable
