  • The Client Management team assists the Head of Investor Sales in developing an institutional client strategy for the Pan-Asia region. Using customer data and external market intelligence, the team identifies revenue opportunities across Equities and Fixed Income and suggests action plans to capture them. The team has a close partnership with sales leadership across all products, and aids in the implementation and execution of core management strategies.
  • The team reports locally into the Pan-Asia Head of Investor Sales and interacts with a variety of global stakeholders across the Markets division.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To work closely with the Equities Senior Leadership in delivering / execution of the Pan Asia strategy
  • To perform frequent analysis to understand changes in client revenue and wallet share
  • To track broker votes and work closely with Senior management to address slippages/ growth opportunities
  • To become an expert in customer data sources (internal and external) and using it to drive strategic initiatives in the region
  • To build partnerships with key stakeholders in Citi ( Sales/ Trading/ Research leadership team, Corporate Access and Technology) in order to effectively drive results
  • To manage and optimize Advisory resources and assist Sales Management in monetization efforts with non-tiered clients
  • To partner closely with the Global Equity Strategy team and other regional Client Management teams in to deliver globally cohesive equity strategy


  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Ability to collaborate and build partnerships across Senior levels of the organization
  • Experience working with data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, Business Objects)
  • Understanding of third party industry data from McLagan, Coalition, Greenwich, Oliver Wyman
  • Using data driven approach to solve problems and identify patterns/trends
