Your team
The IT service desk is responsible for providing End User Support for all UBS employees globally. Focus area is to handle incident life cycle promptly & efficiently for Infra related issues and most importantly, enhance user experience

Your expertise
• Approx. 2+ years of experience with IT Service Desk
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English language.
• Required to work in shifts
• Experience supporting remote users
• Well versed with Incident Handling Process
• Customer service oriented and cool tempered
• Knowledge & experience of IT Service desk practices
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• troubleshooting and maintaining End users devices.
• Hands on experience in troubleshooting Password, Windows 10/ 7 and 2016, MS Outlook, O365, Skype and mobility products for end user applications
• Swift troubleshoot experience with WIFI, printing, network issues, shared drives /mailboxes
• Basic troubleshooting Citrix ,VDI environment
• Ticketing tool - GSNOW or any other
• ITIL foundation certificate / knowledge
• Good to know other regional languages (Chinese, Cantonese , Japanese, German, Italian and French) verbal/written.
• Ability and willingness to work in Changi Business Park area and has flexible mindset
