What you'll do
Overall responsibility for the success of each implementation.
Provide leadership to the implementation project team (consisting of: customer representatives, vendors and internal partners) in project activities such as requirement scoping & planning, technical solutioning, system integration, co-ordination of backend activities, testing, customer training, solution cutover and post implementation review.
Ensure solution delivered meets and exceeds customer requirements, is on-time and within established quality standards.
Provide regular communication and updates to management on implementation milestones, issues management, risk and controls.
Provide handover and training to client services team post implementation.
Drive utilisation and customers' satisfaction


What you bring
Degree in Banking & Finance
Minimum 5 years cash management implementation experience, ideally 8 years banking industry experience
Conversant in internet security technologies, delivery channels and cash & trade processing systems
Experience and/or knowledge in ERP packages (SAP, Oracle) is desirable
Regional implementation experience will be beneficial
Certification in project management will be a distinct advantage
Keen customer focus
Thorough, detailed with excellent follow-through
Mature, diligent, outcomes-driven, self-starter, all-round team-player
Strong presentation and good interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects with conflicting priorities
