The responsibilities

  • Lead in the resolution of IT incidents
    • Coordinate appropriate resources
    • Coordinate the flow of information
    • Monitor progress to meeting SLA
    • Manage escalation to stakeholders
    • Ensure quality of information submitted to Incident management system
  • Preventative
    • actively participate in Change Management and maintenance processes to assess risks
  • Analysis
    • Study historical data to identify trends and performance improvement opportunities
Your profile
  • 5 to 10 yrs of working experience in incident management, problem management and change management
  • Diverse background in ICT
  • Preference with in depth experience in one of the following technology towers: servers, help desk, storage, networks, database
  • Mature individual that can effectively communicate to peers, client, stakeholders in problem solving situations
