We are currently working with a leading institutional brokerage platform, and they are looking for an Institutional Sales professional to join their team in Singapore.

This is a front-office, revenue-generating role focused on expanding relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, proprietary trading firms, brokers and other institutional market participants across APAC. The team is looking for commercially driven individuals with an existing network across the institutional trading ecosystem and a strong understanding of market structure, execution and client workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, trading firms and other institutional clients across the region.
• Drive new client acquisition and identify opportunities to increase client activity and wallet share.
• Understand client trading requirements and provide solutions across the firm's execution and market access capabilities.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to support onboarding, client growth and long-term relationship management.
• Represent the firm across the institutional trading ecosystem through business development and market engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience within institutional sales, prime services, futures clearing, sales trading, electronic trading, brokerage or capital markets.
• Demonstrated experience covering hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, asset managers, brokers or other institutional clients.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of originating business and managing client relationships.
• Good understanding of trading workflows, derivatives, futures, clearing, execution or related market infrastructure.
• Existing relationships across Greater China institutional clients and Mandarin language capabilities would be advantageous given the regional client coverage.
