Reporting to the Director of Investments, you will be directly involved in investment which will include analysing and underwriting new investment opportunities, supporting the transaction due diligence and closing processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders (HQ, Property consultancies, investment team) in the regional context and be supporting the Investment Manager as well.
Requirements:
You are degree qualified with a reputable university and have about 2-3 years of experience in a real estate investment capacity and able to comprehend numbers. You have strong financially modelling skillsets and ability to thrive in a lean organisation structure. You like a fast pace environment and has a passion in real estate. You have a positive attitude and “can-do” spirit.
*Do note that candidates who are shortlisted will be assessed on a case study including financial modelling and powerpoint presentations. This is a pipeline hiring and looking to shortlist suitable candidates and hiring will be happening for Q2 2021.
