Your new role
You will be in - charge of both customer service and operational duties
Attend to all client queries over email or phone calls.
Perform daily reconciliation on trades placed.
Work closely with various departments to ensure all operational duties are carried out well.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong communication skills and negotiation skills.
Able to work in a fast pace environment.
Meticulous and able to multi-task.
Relevant banking / finance experience within banking / financial services.
