The successful appointment would originate, evaluate, negotiate and execute deals, including real estate assets, portfolio acquisitions, indirect fund investment, as well as private equity transactions. This should be someone with demonstrable real estate investment experience in a multitude of markets and property sectors. The candidate will have outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, as well as a solid grasp of all aspects of real estate investment.


  • Sourcing for real estate deals and investment opportunities globally
  • Evaluating potential asset acquisitions
  • Financial modelling & analysis
  • Preparation of investment proposals & due diligence
  • Evaluation and monitoring of investments both during and after development
  • Preparation of reports & presentations to investors
  • Investor presentations & business plans (including financial models)
  • Procuring & negotiating debt financing
  • Managing investor relations and issues arising
  • Liaison, coordination & supervision of third party consultants including banks, trustees, etc.
  • Executing investment processes including managing work streams, from origination stage to closing and exit


  • A good Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or Business with 3-5 years of working experience in real estate investment (office, retail, commercial, residential, hospitality, industrial)
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and a keen understanding of real estate investments
  • Demonstrate good report writing as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A self-starter and have ability to work independently with external partners and consultants
  • Substantial experience in leading and managing a team
  • A good team player with a high level of initiative, resourcefulness, and high standard of work
  • Proficiency in investment concepts and property-related financial modelling
  • Experience of real estate as a principal investor from deal origination to execution and post-investment
