1) Junior Sales
Working with the team to establish, maintain and build strong relationships with institutional clientele (sovereign funds, central banks, pension funds etc.) within the Asian region.
2) Sales Support
a. Preparation of marketing materials including liaising with internal teams and translators,
printing and binding of materials as well as delivery to client locations
b. Working with CRM system including client setup, updates, call notes, distribution lists, and pipeline tracking and updates
c. Assisting with and preparing RFP submissions by liaising with internal teams, formatting
submission, ensuring required documentation is in order.
d. Working with external translators for translation of marketing materials, reports and
3) Client Service
a. Management of client account opening process and KYC documentation
b. Generating client reports in conjunction with reporting team
c. Responding to ad-hoc client queries requests
d. Ensuring client correspondences are properly logged
e. Coordination with client custodians
f. Event Management such as sales and client events, luncheons, training programmes etc. as part of IMA requirements or marketing efforts
Requirements of the role
You will have a business/finance related degree and have an interest in investments.
Excellent communication skills in English and preferably fluent in Mandarin or Korean.
