THE COMPANY

This firm has a highly recognized brand name and is expanding. Currently, they seek for a Structured Trade Finance (STF) Manager to be part of their STF team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Deal with new/existing structured trade financing (ECA financing, Borrowing base facilities, Inventory and receivables financing, Term Loan, Prepayments etc)
2. Handle trade financing set up with banks (Structuring, negotiating and execution)
3. Prepare/negotiate documentation for facility agreements, term sheets and security documentation
4. Work with Bankers, legal, compliance, credit department etc.
5. Take note/manage existing facility administration, drawdowns, deal covenants
6. Any other adhoc duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in Structured Trade Finance from Commodities Trading and/or Banking
3. Independent, motivated, highly analytical, and has good interpersonal and communication skills
