Our client - a leading, global financial information services provider is currently hiring within their Greater HR team. The role is that of a Manager of Talent, Culture and Diversity. The ideal candidate would hold a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience and have a strong understanding of global industry and D&I trends.

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Stand as the key point of contact for managing the employee culture, engagement, diversity and inclusion agenda
  • Manage the execution and delivery of employee surveys and reviews
  • Designing and managing the employee recognition programme
  • Lead the communication, participation and engagement in the employee survey process
  • Cultivate engagement across the business by tracking employee sentiment indicators, HR metrics and business needs
  • Provide thought leadership for best practice in culture, engagement, diversity and inclusion 
  • Partner with various stakeholders in the greater HR team (this includes engagement with line businesses and peers in the HR, Culture & Engagement teams)


The selected candidate would possess:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
  • An understanding of HR, D&I business strategies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in desiging sustainable D&I agendas as well as a proven track record in delivering impactful communication materials
  • The ideal candidate will be a high energy, proactive participant in the HR team that is self driven and confident
