Your key responsibilities include maintaining and overseeing the maintenance of accounting records on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. You will assist in the annual external & internal audit as well as assisting with tax, corporate secretarial compliance, fund compliance/corporate governance matters. You will assist with fund consolidation and reporting to investors on a quarterly basis as well as any enquiries from the Fund Managers or Head Office. You will support any ad hoc finance/treasury/corporate finance matters as well.
Requirements:
You are degree qualified with Accounting/Finance from a reputable education institute with about 6-8 years of experience in audit and real estate fund finance. You are CPA/CA qualified and are well versed in accounting standards and terminologies. You possess excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders in an international environment setting. Additional language ability in spoken/written basic Japanese will be held in high regards (Not a must)
