Marketing Lead - Vice President (C13)
● Plan and implement data-driven marketing ecosystem, including marketing related analytics and advertising through Citi owned channels, online and social media.
● DMP integration with Citi's data systems to implement data and analytics based targeting.
● Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
● Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and partner with multiple management teams and other units to meet organizational objectives
● Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems by analyzing business processes, systems and industry standards
● Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic functional decisions
● Supervise day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management, work allocation, mentoring/coaching and other duties and functions as assigned
● Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
● Ability to work independently with business users, vendor and other technical teams to deliver project/enhancement, covering requirement gathering, solutioning, design, development, testing, and deployment. 
● Ability to collaboratively work as part of agile Scrum team 
● Managing business and security process laid by Business and Technical Security office
● Lead vendor in problem determination and recovery from problems, and work with various parties to implement fixes for Marketing Stack Tools or Platforms.
● Experience in functional and technical understanding of the Marketing Stack infrastructure with ability to articulate required hardware
Req. Qualifications:
● 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, including integration of DMP with enterprise data systems.
● In depth knowledge of how web and mobile integration with DMPs and DSPs works.
● Experience in advertising through internal channels like email, SMS as well as social media and programmatic advertising.
● Handled audience use-cases by propensity, lookalikes etc.
● Experience with at least one of Adobe or SalesForce marketing stack.
● Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis.
● Familiarity with customer Journey in Retail & Cards.
● Managed a team of 5-10 people and possesses good communication skills.
● Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
● Master's degree preferred
Technical Skills Set:
o Familiarity with Agile development methodology and tools
o Working knowledge of Adobe or Salesforce Marketing Stack
o Experience in application integration between various marketing tools and platforms
