Merchant Instalment Sales Program Manager
Job Description & Responsibilities: The Merchant Instalment Sales Program Manager will be responsible for negotiating and executing instalment offers to drive issuing instalment & issing sales for Citi credit cards in Singapore.
The position will require the person to be familiar with the E-commerce, travel, retail and lifestyle landscape & segments in the Singapore consumer market and be able to develop business for merchant instalment sales
This individual will be managing the relationship of the partner merchants and vendors related the offers negotiated under his/her portfolio, and the corresponding budget
The role requires end to end management of the merchants onboarded to the instalment program - which include onboarding the merchants, marketing, accounts review and settlement, to provide training to the merchants & being the first line of defense to trouble shoot issues with the merchants
The Merchant Instalment Sales Program Manager will be required to work with internal stakeholders from loans product management, technology, digital banking, legal, compliance, analytics and marketing to deliver the offers to cardholders and to manage the relationships with the merchants
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications: 2-4 years in working experience - in marketing, dining, travel, finance or related segments
Educations: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
