Overview of Division/Department
Our Corporate Research Department - Asia & Oceania Office (ACRD), is responsible for the in-depth analysis of corporate customers in support of the Bank's credit decisions. ACRD reviews, analyzes, and evaluates customers' industry, business, management, financial situation, and future projection, as well as assign an internal rating for specific customers. These reports are shared with the Bank's management, credit division, and business promotion division.

Mizuho's Innovative Graduate Trainee Program (innov8) is targeted at fresh graduates with up to 2 years of work experience. It is designed to groom multi-disciplinary bankers as change agents committed to the vision of Mizuho. The 2-year program will prepare you for the future of banking, with a focus in innovation.
You will receive comprehensive training in corporate banking fundamentals, technical skills to drive innovation, and soft skills to become the innovative banker in Digital Banking. As part of the program, there will be ongoing mentoring to help you identify development needs and plan for a successful career with Mizuho.
Under the Productivity and Quality Management department, you will:
•be assigned to work in multi-disciplinary project teams to work on identified problem statements
•plan, promote, and coordinate activities to improve the quality of Mizuho's operational infrastructures
•coordinate with a variety of stakeholders to improve operational excellence and enhance customer experience
•identify areas for process improvement and productivity gain
The Mizuho Graduate Trainee is:
•a fresh graduate with up to 2 years of work experience
•a creative and innovative thinker
•agile and can develop a wide range of skills needed for innovation
•eager to solve problems and has the ability to manage change
•determined to keep pushing the envelope and drive for results
Program commences December 2018.
