Based in Singapore, MSIM Real Estate Investing is seeking an Analyst or Associate to join the high-performing Portfolio Specialist Group to support and work collaboratively with these key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and review quarterly reporting deliverables with the investment controller outsourcing team, including both fund level and investment level
- Coordinate and review the financials of the project companies and mid-tier entities, including but not limited to the monthly financial packages, audited finance statements and tax returns
- Assist with legal entity management for Singapore platform including but not limited to 13R/13X requirements
- Document processing/ supporting role across investment controlling and asset management functions
- Be involved in any other ad hoc reporting work



Qualifications and Skill-sets:

- A university bachelor’s degree required, advanced qualifications in Master’s degree advantageous
- At least 2 years of relevant analytical and operational experience in accounting firms and/or the financial services industry
- A strong accounting background with good numeric sense
- Exposure to real estate and fund business or consultancy a plus
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin required
- Proficient in operating MS suite of applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A self-starter with positive attitude and a high level of integrity
- An analytical, inquisitive and meticulous mind-set with ability to prioritize, problem-solve and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A team player with maturity and organizational skills
