Position Description
The candidate in the Citation team will be solely responsible for managing the soft dollar and commission sharing arrangement for the bank's APAC clients in the equities business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle global priority clients' soft dollar statements and payments
  • Manage, handle and work to resolve any internal and external client issues regarding soft dollar statements and payments
  • Ensure accuracy of trades, balances and payments for the monthly statements
  • Reconcile soft dollar statements with the client and spot trends in any developments so as to proactively preempt recurring issues
  • Reconcile against upstream systems to ensure full capture of eligible soft dollar trades
  • Work with internal payment teams to facilitate vendor payments for invoices sent by clients in a timely manner
  • Perform adequate control to ensure we do not overpay beyond client's existing balances
  • Issue invoices for research services provided to clients.
  • Work closely with CRM in addressing any client-related queries
  • Work with Finance on any breaks between payments or soft dollar credits
  • Participate in discussion and UAT project on system enhancement on a global initiative

Key Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Banking/Finance is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills

  • Able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Macros preferred by not mandatory
  • Proficiency in Excel mandatory
