Online & Mobile Banking Campaign Manager - EBusiness

This position requires an experienced individual passionate about digital banking, to manage commercialization of digital capabilities, user adoption and measurement (usage, campaign performance and KPIs)

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Drive Online & Mobile banking user registration & adoption, activation and usage
  • Increase Online & Mobile banking 'active' users through data-led on-boarding, attrition-gating and reactivation programs
  • Manage usage and launch campaigns for digital capabilities (like One Touch, Pay Anyone, Cash Deposit)
  • Design and execute on-boarding and sales journeys to acquire new customers and increase engagement amongst existing user-base via digital channels
  • Design and execute engagement programs to improve product holding and profitability amongst digital user-base
  • Leverage on digital capabilities to migrate customers and transactions from high-cost touch-points to low-cost self-service channels
  • Own and manage campaign and KPI measurement and MIS reporting (usage volumes, users, revenue)
  • Collaborate and work with partners (Project Managers, Product Manager, Marketing, Segments, Analytics, Research and Customer Support teams) to prioritise and market OCBC Bank's digital roadmap

Qualifications
Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years working experience in digital campaign management
  • Preferably have a banking or e-Commerce background
  • Demonstrate the ability to conceptualise unconventional and creative approaches to problem solving
  • Customer experience focus and able to design optimal user journey's for sales and marketing campaigns
  • Able to influence through strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to manage tight timelines and multiple engagements / projects
  • Should be able to work with and use vast amounts of data from multiple sources
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good to have basic design skills for internal communication and presentations
