Operations Specialist, Wealth Management
Who we're looking for

The Operations Specialist is a contributing member of the Operations team within Singapore Wealth Management, with a focus on the day-to-day operational processes of a merchant bank.

What you'll do
  • Handle daily and monthly cash and position reconciliation between core system and third-party custodian
  • Assist in regular report consolidation including performance reporting
  • Working closely with Client Advisory Team to manage client onboarding with third party custodian and ensure ongoing documentation update to third-party custodian
  • Provide operational support to implementation funds
  • Managing and maintaining MIS database, keeping records of all transaction activity up to date
  • Coordinate legal agreement signing and ensure regular review of agreement is done
  • Conduct regular due diligence on third-party custodian and insurance brokers
  • Review new third-party custodian request from Client Advisory Team
  • Develop and implement an effective governance and controls framework encompassing policies and procedures, timely and appropriate management information, and reporting
  • Drive process improvements for productivity and quality enhancements; design and execute various strategic initiatives/projects to enhance business efficiency and growth
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence
  • All other administrative matters


The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
    • Experience of handling daily and monthly cash and position reconciliation between core system and third-party custodian
    • At least 2 years of experience in family office (wealth management) or private banking
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business
    • Strong grasp of Excel, including exposure to VBA and/or Macros
