A well-established organization in the energy and oil & gas sector is currently seeking a 1-year contract P2P/O2C Executive to join their dynamic team.
The Role

The role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations, including conducting credit checks and financial assessments for customers and vendors, maintaining and approving customer, product, and vendor master data, onboarding new bank accounts, and validating vendor banking details.

Support billing operations by resolving invoicing issues with offshore teams and local stakeholders, ensuring timely customer and intercompany billing, and facilitating security deposit collections. Manage collections and deductions, monitor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) against a 30-day target, and oversee credit note approvals.

Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure timely invoice processing, payment execution, cash management, and month-end closing activities, including reviewing AR/AP aging reports, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

Provide guidance on non-PO invoice coding and approval workflows, handle exceptional payment approvals, and oversee corporate card administration and claims processing.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should possess a Degree, Diploma, or professional qualification in Finance, along with at least 3 years of relevant working experience. Prior experience in a Shared Services environment would be an added advantage.
