We Offer
Private Banking Client Onboarding team (PB COB) in APAC Business Processing Services (BPS) is a one stop shop that supports Front Office with the relationship onboarding and account lifecycle management processes, from account opening, maintenance to account closure.

This role will be focused on the execution of strategic and regulatory change programs that impact Private Banking Client Onboarding and Account Lifecycle Management processes.

Change Specialist is required to:

1. Represent PB Client Onboarding team in strategic and regulatory change-the-bank activities & projects, and deliver business requirements that are in line with APAC Division's objectives, vision and roadmap.
2. Drive and deliver continuous process improvements, in view of the changing operating and regulatory environment.
3. Manage PB Client Onboarding team's Book-Of-Work (BOW) and the prioritization of change related tasks.
4. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deliver training to Run-The-Bank teams where required.
5. Drive and deliver MI and capacity management framework and tools.
6. Provide regular status updates on progress with projects to line management and internal stakeholders.


You Offer
- At least 5 to 6 years working experience, preferably in client onboarding, client data management and documentation areas.
- Experience in business analysis or change management is vital.
- Excellent communication skills, confident corresponding with stakeholders and efficient solutions provider.
- Excellent attention to detail & controls, and can grasp new ideas and concepts quickly.
- Ability to work under pressure, cope with change and yet execute in a precise and timely fashion.
- Pro-active and self-starter, with a can-do attitude, and can drive open work to completion independently with minimal supervision;
- Strong analytical ability, and a problem solver with the ability to think out of the box;
- Team-player, committed to service delivery excellence and always having the bank and clients' best interests in mind.
- Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with key internal clients including colleagues in Business, Operations and Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, etc;
- University graduate with Business, Finance or Engineering degree is preferred.
- Competent in MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel.
