Post-Merger Integration (PMI) - Asst. Manager / Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest global logistics firm in their PMI and strategy team.

Here you would work alongside some of the top investment professionals in the field on a wide variety of deals and support them with tailored made integration solutions for the investment.

Besides the opportunity to work in a huge set up, you will be getting an excellent exposure by participating throughout the lifecycle of some of the largest, most complex and high profile deals in Asia.  

You would be involved in elevating the revenue and cost of the potential transactions. Along with this you would be actively involved in identifying, organising, synchronising and undertaking the post completion issues including integrating the processes, systems and retention of key staff and building a management team.To prepare the term sheets, business plans, and commercial contracts for strategic partnership etc. would aso be part of your profile.

  • Min 7 years’ experience from big 4 or a management consulting firm in a strategy or post-merger integration (M&A) function would be ideal.
  • Strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills with ability to operate with senior business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and strong presentation skills are desired.
