Premier Credit Support Specialist - Premier Banking


  • Performs periodic review on credit review, product and process streamline for OPC / PPC / Premier Segment, including engaging various stakeholders (Product, Credit Approvals, Loan Ops) in process review
  • Prepares and reviews deviation requests arising from Private Client's credit facilities to Business Head
  • Monitor margin call and limit excess accounts, ensure margin call accounts are rectified by Business prior to Credit's review and approval
  • Follow up on overdue FX deals from OPC, for credit review purpose
  • Provide advice to OCBC Private Client (OPC) Relationship Managers on their secured lending credit policy issues and credit structures, if necessary, to sit in their appointments for loan advisory
  • Further develop cross-functional expertise and know-how through engagement w relevant stakeholders, to execute additional business support to the Private Client team (on various legacy/operational/legal issues from secured lending products and of other products)
  • Prepares and submit standard mortgage applications & non-standard credit applications (credit proposals for revolving facilities, private banking account facilities)
  • Reviews documentation applications submitted by Business prior to approval and drawdown
  • Support of the OPC secured loan matters, PPC, Premier onshore and offshore's non-standard portfolio loans, which includes the following execution:
    • credit reviews
    • credit proposal
    • drawdown memo instructions
    • loan rollover memo instructions
    • repayment memo instructions

Qualifications
  • Similar banking experience will be advantageous
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Organized, meticulous & able to handle end-to-end processing
