An established regional private bank is seeking a client-focused and detail-oriented professional to join its Private Banking team in Singapore as an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM). This role will be responsible for supporting Private Banking Relationship Managers (RMs) in delivering best-in-class services to high-net-worth clients, ensuring smooth execution of daily activities, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. In return, you will enjoy a competitive remuneration package of up to $100,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support Private Banking RMs in providing excellent service to high-net-worth clients, ensuring strong client retention and smooth day-to-day operations.
2. Handle account opening, maintenance, closure, transfers, KYC, and transaction monitoring requirements in line with compliance standards.
3. Liaise with clients to obtain necessary documentation and information for account and compliance requirements.
4. Assist in managing client meetings, scheduling, and travel arrangements for RMs.
5. Act as a client interface for instruction initiation, including processing of payments and monitoring fund movements.
6. Follow through on client requests and instructions to ensure timely and accurate execution.
7. Escalate issues appropriately to the Business Management team in a timely manner.
8. Develop a strong understanding of the governing regulatory framework, including confidentiality, data protection, and cross-border requirements.
9. Provide backup support to fellow ARMs during absences to maintain seamless client servicing.

Requirements:

1. Registered licensed representative under CACs certification.
2. Experience in sales support within the private banking industry.
3. Strong knowledge of KYC requirements and Source of Wealth (SOW) corroboration.
4. Excellent teamwork and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
5. Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) required to liaise effectively with clients and Head Office.
