Description

We are looking for a passionate Cross Sell Product Manager to join our Alternate Revenue Services team. This product manager primarily role will be in charge of Cards Add-On products like
  • Sup Card. The person will need to be able to strategize and implement the Sup card product strategies. In addition, the person is also responsible in migrating the Sup card enrollment from analog to digital
  • Digitalizing the OneBill payment initiatives as well as the implementation of OTP on the Onebill payment platform
  • Working with Retail Electricity partners once the Retail Electricity Market is open up, to ensure that we have the first movers advantage.
The person will need to work with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. In addition, the Product Manager is also responsible to ensure the profitability of the products; develop new ideas and well verse in e or digital strategies. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical knowledge of the cards products; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company.
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap
  • Well verse in digital and ecommerce knowledge
  • Work with external third parties/partners to assess distribution / channels opportunities
  • Be an expert with respect to the competition
  • Developing and maintaining good working relationships with partners 
  • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the products
  • Deliver a monthly revenue forecast
  • Propose an overall budget to ensure success


Qualifications

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in digital, ecommerce marketing and product management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly-motivated with strong analytical skills
  • Able to work independently coupled with a goal getter spirit to deliver targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
