We are looking for someone with:
  • Lead the special quotation (SQ) team to assess financial impact of SQ business cases
  • Recommend business offer which optimizes competitiveness and profitability
  • Setup and maintain pricing models for special quotation
  • Leading other product pricing projects when it is required
  • Lead the regular analysis of SQ business including analysing competitiveness against market, inception rate and financial impacts to the company. This involves communication with distributions to understand seller and customer consideration in the sales process
  • Work with Concierge and Operation team for customers & sellers' queries about technical issues
  • Coach and guide the team, for both technical knowledge and soft skills
