General Description
The incumbent will be a 6 months contract for the Product Specialist role and responsible for providing support to the Managed Investments team in the areas of project management, business management, investment marketing, data management and other product related matters.

Main Duties
- Coordinate and work with relevant stakeholders within the Bank to work on, agree and implement solutions on various aspects that impact Management Investments.
- Manage strategic and business development projects for the team
- Contribute efforts for ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
- Process enhancement for the team
- Prepare written communications and presentation slides/ management reporting slides as required
- Handle distribution and legal agreements
- Handle risk, regulatory and legal related topics for the team
- Review weekly Product Risk Ratings for new fund assets
- Marketing related topics such as MI intranet upgrade/ maintenance or updates to relevant marketing materials or event organisation
- Attend to RM queries
- Other topics for the team such as MIS related queries, PRR, Asset Classification, support and facilitate sizable client driven (reverse enquiry) trades

Work Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years work experience in a product function within a private/consumer bank or asset management company
- Project management experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Meticulous and able to manage multiple priorities.

Education Requirements
- Good, relevant undergraduate degree
